Main Responsibilities:

To undertake personal care or support task as outlined in the Service Users Care Plan

To maintain good communication and develop effective working relationship with Service Users.

coordinate with nursing homes staff and/ professionals as necessary or as directed

To adhere to all the client’s policies and procedures

To alert Field Care Supervisors/Managers of any changes in the Service Users condition or circumstances

To develop good communication skills with any Carer or family members in the Service Users, whilst maintaining professional boundaries

To respect the Service user’s culture, privacy, choice and dignity

Attend their needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a free telephone number.
